What type of exercises will we do?

Answer: Innovative Fitness Boot Camps are designed by owner and fitness professional Trevor Carney M.S. He guarantees you will learn several different exercises that you can take with you for the rest of your life.

What if I miss a session?
Answer: Missed sessions can be made up any time during that four week period.

I have a gym membership, why should I go to boot camp?
Answer: Let's be honest, when was the last time you used your gym membership? Typical gym workouts can quickly become boring and repeititive, especially because there is no one-on-one contact.The personal contact Innovative Fitness provides simply cannot be matched by a gym membership. There is also a huge advantage in working out within a group setting, other people provide encouragement and help make the workouts fun!

What if I am not "in shape"?
Answer: It doesn't matter! That's what we are here for- to help you get in shape and meet all of your fitness goals! During the boot camp sessions, TIME will be the great equalizer, everybody will do the same exercise and when the time is up everybody will do the next exercise, so nobody gets left behind.

What do I need to bring?
Answer: Most importantly, a great attitude! Also, 5- 10lbs dumbbells, a mat, water bottle, and a towel (beacuse you will definitely break a sweat!)

What kinds of people go to boot camp?
Answer: Everybody from 70 year olds wanting to strengthen their bodies, to 18 year olds who just want to tone up.

How soon will I see results?
Answer: you will start feeling better and stronger within a few days and physical results take place about 2 to 4 weeks into the camp.
